About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable applications and drive automation that enhances customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs
Ensure the platform’s performance, security, and usability
Manage data migration, workflows, triggers, and automation processes
Maintain documentation and stay updated with the latest Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment
Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred
