About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, and developing strategic partnerships to scale our digital services portfolio. This is a high-impact role that demands strong communication, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across global markets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and pitch decks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide outreach strategy.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and track performance metrics.
  • Represent Intuition SofTech in virtual meetings, industry events, and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech services.
  • Deep understanding of software development, digital transformation, and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
